Doria and its young pastry cooks at Fieracavalli.
A large play and educational space inside the Children's Pavilion.
Fieracavalli, a unique event on the international equestrian scene, has become a growing favorite with the public over the years. In 2007 over 148,000 visitors came to the fair including about 20,000 boys and girls.
They visited the stables, got to know the different breeds of ponies and donkeys, investigated subjects such as Nature and the outdoor life through thematic workshop.
Even the smallest visitors will enjoy, for the 5th consecutive year, a special space dedicated to them: the "Children's Pavilion" which will be proposing events, games, educational activities, shows and music all tied to that special relationship that bonds children to the horse.
Doria, in the Children's Pavilion, will be welcoming young apprentice pastry cooks in its own stand, letting these young visitors enter the Bucaneve world in two different ways.

On the one hand they can be right in the forefront, creating the Bucaneve product with the "Bucaneve Workshop". On the other hand the stand will literally let them "dive" into the Bucaneve world, passing through a maxi Bucaneve tube and "diving" into a giant cup of "milk" with a siutably padded bottom.
The part of the stand dedicated to the "Bucaneve Workshop" will let children, following traditional recipes, try their hands at creating Italy's most well-known shortbread with a hole.
This will be an interactive educational-play path subdivided into five phases: knowing the ingredients, the mixture, the shape, the decorating and baking famous Bucaneve cookies.
They will also be charged with decorating the ever-present sugar petals that create the inimitable traditional and tasty version as well as the brand new version with chocolate drops.
Thursday and Friday will be dedicated to school visits. Every year schools take advantage of this Doria event to show children the secrets of the Italian Confectionary Art, teaching them how to recognize the quality of raw materials.

A special feature that distinguishes all the products of the Bauli Group: undisputed attention to the composition and source af raw materials and fillings with controlled ingredients.
